Ordering On-line
Shopping and ordering online is easy! Simply choose a category that you'd like to browse, when you see something you like, click the "Add to shopping bag" button underneath that item. The item is automatically entered into your shopping bag. Your shopping bag automatically keeps track of all your items until you are ready to check out. You can see what is in your shopping bag at anytime by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top of the page. Here you can review your items and make any necessary changes before you check out.

Security and Privacy
Shopping online at Bibi's is not only convenient, it is extremely secure. We have taken extensive measures to ensure your complete privacy and security. Our site is equipped with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, a highly secure on-line ordering process. This means that the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by us. This ensures that no unauthorized person can view your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade or rent your information to others. Checking Out
When you have completed shopping, simply click the "check out" icon. Nothing will be billed to your account until you have completed the check out process. The first time you purchase an item, you will need to set up an account. Please follow the instructions on each page. You may select a password to save your account information, so that the next time you shop, the computer will automatically fill-in your information.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards as payment for orders. Personal checks, cashier's checks and wire transfers are also accepted.

Ordering Off-line
We encourage you to place your order via our secure server online, however if you have any concerns about ordering online, please call our staff at 866-554-BABY (866-554-2229). We can be reached in person Monday 10 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). If after business hours, please feel free to leave a message and we will return your call promptly.
Include:
1- Your name, billing address (where your credit card statement gets mailed), and telephone number
2- Shipping address if different from billing address (if the same as billing, put "same")

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged only on applicable items which are shipped within the state of Massachusetts. There will be no sales tax charged on items shipped outside of Massachusetts.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship everything via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express and offer three shipping options for delivery within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico: standard, Express 2-Day and Express Overnight.

Freight Services/Furniture Delivery: It is standard practice for freight companies to provide curbside delivery only. You may want to arrange for help on the day your shipment has been scheduled. Delivery does not include merchandise brought into your home, up stairs, unpacking or assembly. If you are in need of inside delivery and set up you may arrange for White Glove Service. There is an additional charge for White Glove Service. Please let us know in advance if White Glove Service is what you require so that we may quote the price and arrange it in advance.

Furniture, Bedding, Lighting, Personalized items and Made to Order Items
Because these items are made to order, custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. Custom orders include (but are not limited to) any furniture line, all personalized or monogrammed items, all lighting and chandeliers, all bedding lines, all art work. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us for verification. You have up to two business days from the date the order was placed to cancel a custom order. After two days custom orders are non-refundable. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all freight shipped furniture items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. You must mark all damages and concerns on the delivery slip and it must be signed by both you and the driver. Claims against damaged items must be made within 3 business days. Unfortunately, claims made after the 3 business day window will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.

All dates for production and shipping of custom items are approximations only, and if a piece does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Bibi's Baby & Kids reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. You should contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible.

Bibi's Baby & Kids does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your furniture and custom items. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each furniture manufacturer but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time. Also note that shipping time for freight items (this includes, furniture, bedding, lighting and artwork and rugs) is approximately 10-15 business days from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer. We act as your liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, there are variables that are out of our control as we are considered a third party. We know you'll enjoy the product that is made especially for you!

Freight Receipt & Damages:
Our freight carriers handle your pieces with great care but it is important to understand that from time to time damages do occur. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. You may want to arrange for help the day your delivery is scheduled. Upon receipt of your furniture it is very important that you inspect the outside of the package and boxes very carefully. Please make note of any minor or major damage on the bill of lading before signing and WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT. If damage is present on the outside of the box or package, ask the driver to wait while you inspect your furniture. Again note any damage on the bill of lading BEFORE SIGNING. It would be best to fully unpack the items prior to signing receipt in good condition. If you sign without making any notations, you are accepting the merchandise in good quality condition and a claim will be difficult to make. Please notify the freight company and Bibi's of the damage immediately. Damage resulting from shipping is the responsibility of the freight carrier and the receiver must file a claim. It is imperative that proper instructions be followed to result in a favorable claim. For several weeks save all packing material and boxes in case of a return or if they need to be examined at a later time.

If your piece arrives damaged, the freight company has the right to have the piece repaired and brought back to the manufacturer's standards at their expense. They do this by sending the piece to a furniture medic or back to the manufacturer for repair. If the freight carrier determines the piece can not be repaired, you have the right to be reimbursed for your purchase or have another piece rushed at no additional charge and shipped out to you as soon as possible. It is very important to make a notation of any and all damages on the paperwork that the driver has and make sure that both you and the driver sign this paperwork. If this is not done, a claim can not be ensured.

Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us at Bibi's. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and we will exchange it, give you a store credit or issue a refund. (*Please note that custom and special orders of furniture, bedding, fabric, personalized or monogrammed items can not be returned).

If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return it, please contact us via e-mail at returns@bibisbabyandkids.com or call us at 866-554-BABY to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please include the following information when returning your item:
1- Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
2- Reason for return
3- Order number and copy of original packing slip
4- Request for exchange, store credit or refund

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact to ensure complete credit. Unfortunately, shipping costs originally paid can not be refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Canceling a Custom Order
Suddenly change your mind? No problem. You have up to two days to contact us to cancel any custom order. After two days custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders include all furniture lines, personalized or monogrammed items, bedding lines, chandeliers and lighting, art work and anything else that is made to order. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us for verification.

Since we offer an extensive selection of furnishings and accessories, delivery may require special care. Many custom orders and furniture pieces will be shipped directly from the manufacturer via truck by Standard Freight delivery or White Glove delivery. These may be sent Freight Collect by the manufacturer.

When an item is shipped Freight Collect, the carrier will collect shipping and freight charges directly from you at the time of delivery. We will not apply these shipping charges to your order. Because the carrier collects these fees directly from you, we do not have an exact shipping cost for you, but freight is approximately 10% of the order cost.

International Orders/Shipping
Bibi's Baby & Kids is proud to offer International Shipping of most items including Furniture items. If you do not have an existing Freight Forwarder, international shipments will incur additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you with your exact shipping charges. Please note that international orders will not be processed until final approval by the customer and will also require additional shipping time. Payments are processed upon final approval of the order. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer/receiver. Overnight Delivery/Saturday Delivery
If you require either overnight or Saturday delivery for your order please contact us directly at (866) 554-2229 or by email at sales@bibisbabyandkids.com. We can verify if the item or items are all available for overnight or Saturday delivery as well as quote shipping charges for the order that apply.

Free Shipping
Several of our product lines feature free shipping (within the 48 contiguous states only). If you order an item that offers free shipping in addition to one or more regular items, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the regular shipping item(s). APO and FPO addresses may incur an additional charge.

If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to the item being returned and the new item will ship for free. Custom made items, some lighting, furniture and bedding are not returnable. Final Sale items are not eligible for free shipping. Sales, Promotions, Special Offers, Discounts and Other offers not to be combined with Free Shipping offer. We will work with you to determine the most cost effective promotion that may apply.

Free Shipping on Freight and Oversized Items
Please Note: Some "free shipping" items may be sent via freight carrier by truck. In the case that the ship to address is not accessible by regular delivery truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges such as ferry fees, etc. Please contact sales@bibisbabyandkids.com to make them aware of any special delivery requirements that must be taken for the item to reach the final destination. Sales, Promotions, Special Offers, Discounts and Other offers not to be combined with Free Shipping offer. We will work with you to determine the most cost effective promotion that may apply.

Drop Ship Items
With so many product choices we can't fit everything in our warehouse. Drop ship items are shipped directly from our manufacturers and artisans to your door. Second-day shipping may not be available for some items. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding what items are in stock or will be drop shipping to know when you will receive your order.

Additional Shipping Charges
Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Artwork, lighting, glass and delicate items may need to be securely carted and packaged, and glass lampshades may require special handling fees.

Gift Orders
For your convenience, Bibi's is happy to ship your gift orders directly to the recipient. Simply fill out the shipping information and use the special instructions box to let us know what the gift card should say. All gift orders receive Bibi's beautiful, complimentary gift wrapping. We have also set up many corporate accounts for the purchase of gifts for clients and co-workers.

Gift Certificates
Bibi's Gift Certificates are a great gift idea! They are a wonderful way to insure that your friend or family member gets exactly what they want. They can be purchased in any denomination! Each Gift Certificate is individually hand wrapped and mailed to the recipient. To redeem, the recipient can shop our website and then call or e-mail us to redeem their Gift Certificate.

Delivery Times
We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Many of our items are custom made or ship direct from our vendors and artisans. This includes furniture lines, bedding lines, art work, lighting and chandeliers, and any other made to order items. Quality craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary widely. You can find a reasonable estimate of the delivery time specified on every product page. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping dates only and can not be guaranteed by Bibi's Baby & Kids. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly.

Measuring for Furniture
It is very important to measure carefully and correctly when placing orders for furniture items. That Armoire or Bookcase may be perfect for the bedroom, but will you be able to get it through the doorway or up the stairs? The measurements for all of our larger items are listed, but please take into consideration the dimensions of all doorways and entryways, stairways and banisters, tight corners and hallways and any fixtures or other obstacles that may interfere in the pathway from the delivery truck to where you want your furniture to be placed.

As a premier retailer of children's furnishings for over 10 years, we would like to take a moment to comment on crib safety. In light of all the recent attention on crib safety, and the subsequent recalls on select drop-sided cribs, we here at Bibi's Baby & Kids would like to share our personal knowledge and experience about crib safety.

First, we would like to reassure you that we have not experienced any sort of recall on cribs offered by Bibi's Baby & Kids. No drop-side cribs can be found in our collection because the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's standards suggest that all drop-sided cribs are unsafe. Bibi's Baby & Kids is committed to working with crib makers whose designs have been tested and approved by the CPSC. Many have had additional certification by the Juvenile Product Manufacturer's Association (JPMA) and other third-party certification groups such as Green Guard.

The CPSC's latest set of standards that outline the qualifications for a safe crib for your child. Bibi's Baby & Kids of course, only carries cribs approved by the CPSC. In addition to the CPSC standards, the JPMA has released a list of tips for baby's safe sleep as well as a guide to create your ideal nursery that's a safe sanctuary.

Crib Bumper Safety — The JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturer Association) is the leading organization recognized and dedicated to enhancing children's product safety. There is a lot of buzz out there about the safety of crib bumpers. The JPMA says that traditional crib bumpers, when used properly, can help prevent limb entrapments and head injuries. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) the greatest risk is to an infant sleeping in the prone position or in a crowded sleep environment that includes pillows, cushions and adult bedding. A recent study on bumpers indicated no significant risk factors for infant death from using bumpers.
